For example, people gathered in the capital of Senegal, Dakar, for a peaceful demonstration in support of Lebanon and the Gaza sector. Demonstrators demand justice and peace for the peoples of these countries.
Manifestants, mainly young people, carried posters with slogans "Peace for Lebanon" and "Gaza under Bombing" and expressed their solidarity with the peoples of Lebanon and Gaza.
"We want the authorities in Lebanon and the international community to take action for the restoration of peace and justice in this country," emphasized one of the participants of the demonstration.
"We also demand the end of aggression and occupation in the Gaza sector and the resumption of negotiations to achieve lasting peace in the region," added another participant.
