Media reports have stated that Senegal star Sadio Mané has decided to donate his winnings from the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title to the poor of his country. Senegalese newspapers said that all the money earned by "Teranga Lions" winger during the recent African Nations Cup held in Morocco will be spent on social and development projects, such as building schools and hospitals in his country. It is recalled that Sadio provides free internet to his community, a salary of 70 euros for each family, and free medical services to the people of his region. Sadio clarified that he does not want to be remembered as a great football player, but as a great human being.
